Minor spawns very different from either listing above, but Trigger/likely NOS/Named Elite as listed.
Confirmed weapon tracking disruption in first spawn: 2x (Elder Corpii Seeker). Easily killed. If your tracking is poor, just straight line them.
10MN AB II very useful even on a (slow BC) Harbinger. Gets to warehouse quickly, and the npc's are even slower. The NOS ships spawned out of range due to immediate move to sniping distance during first spawn (briefly used 15km/25km range ammo). At any distance over 30, especially around 38-45km, practically unhit, and was able to maintain distance. Aurora M (Amarr t2 sniping crystals) enough to bring down even the BCs and Shecon Puta, though slow. Drones tested safe after acquiring standard ship aggro (recalled before Spawn 2, then redeployed); however, used guns alone to confirm enough dps/tracking/range (no mods, but correct damage types and t2, no drone dps).
Suggest if early skills, use a damage mod(s) and go light on the tank: But certainly snipe /w AB, use a DC if low skills, my speed was a bit above 385 once it got going. I would doubt that close-range guns would breeze through this mission with a weak tank.

FYI: Had the same mission earlier but slightly different ships in spawn1, Triggered spawn1 when got within 10km of cargo... however the destroyer seems to be the trigger for the 2nd spawn.

Shecon Pouta was annoying to say the least. Good armor tank. Better to use explosion.
I had plenty of time to experiment with different missle types vs Shecon Pouta. With heavy missle launcher I's and 2x BCS II's, after the shield was gone, Therm were doing 31.5 pts and not breaking the tank, Exp heavies were doing only 15 pts, and EM did 42 pts. She popped pretty quick when I switched to the EMs, I didn't get a chance to try kin. I also was using EM drones.
