Cleared in Ishtar...
Easy mission as long as you can keep your distance. Those BS actally hurt if they get within range (~45km).
(Outpost got me 999 Plagioclase, 10 Cap Booster 200 and 5 Omber Mining Crystal I.)

Completed this in a Paladin. Faction LAR, faction hards, T2 guns. Eliminate the Napat's first and snipe/set drones on the frigs before they get in range.

After that, work on the cruisers and the BSes. No BCs are on this mission, the Justicars are NPC HACs, the BSes may give you a little trouble, but a Paladin's tank should be able to handle it well.

To be clear, I did not have the option of warping to the beacon at range. I forgot to test if warping to a bookmark would work.

The mission is serious about destroying the entire Amarr fleet in the mission. I destroyed the frigates first, then battleships, then cruisers. Only once the last cruiser was destroyed did I get credit for completing the mission.

The prisoners that you need to turn in for the mission drop from the last Amarr ship destroyed, whichever that happens to be.

Amarr standing losses for destroying their ships in this mission aren't too bad. I incurred a total of about -0.098% standing loss with the Amarr Empire for "Combat - Ship Kill". This is in addition to (but very small, compared to) the "Derived Modification" loss you get for doing a Storyline Mission for the Minmatar. Faction-balancers who have the ships needed to do the mission can accept this mission without worrying. For comparison, I gained +8.4% with the Minmatar Republic for the mission and lost -3.7212% with the Amarr Empire for "Derived Modification". (Be aware that when the TRANSACTION LOG for faction standings says "Derived Modification" that the percentage change is an absolute percentage of 10.0, not the typical percentage change of (extreme you are moving towards - your current standing.)

Ran this in a Tengu with t2 fit. if you can kite the Martyrs (or kill them first) then this mission's DPS becomes much more manageable; with 76/89 EM/therm resist they were still hitting me for 222 damage per wrecking shot, which they did often. Effective range on them seems to be about 60km, any further and they stop hitting
