Additions:
Approach the ruins. When ships spawn mission is complete. You do not need to kill any ships, wait until your Journal blinks and you can return to your agent.
Warp in, approach ruins wait for complete, warp out
Deletions:
Fly to the bookmark. There might be a large amount of junk hanging around the warp in point, this can prevent you warping away. You do not need to kill any ships, wait until your Journal blinks and you can return to your agent.
