Group 1 was still firing at me (perma tank), when I accessed the wreck.
RIGHT after Group 2 spawned, 3 player battleships entered and began targeting me.
I had the objective so warped out immediately.
Was 3 constellations from start, so do believe it a 'on purpose' low sec.
Blitz: Cloak fitted to get past losec PC's (only saw a couple, but a lot of NPC's at gates); MWD or cloak up to target, salvage it, open it, grab datacore and run. Shield barely troubled, even after group 2 spawned.
Probably doable in a standard Kestrel or Condor, properly tanked (although have to watch for PC's if not blitzing). Note that, 16 jumps from home, bringing in your salvager is probably not an option.
Mission itself complete in 5 mins, but 16 jumps (3 regions, 5 constellations) to & from target, plus proper losec caution - this isn't a fast mission.
