Pocket 5 is not 'hard' - I did it solo in a Drake, DPS for the room isn't very high at all

Same here, I solo'd the mission in my Drake. The problem isn't incoming DPS, its the sheer number of targets you have to cycle though in the earlier rooms. Its more a time factor.

Room 5 / Storage Silo Loot:
HARDWIRING - EIFYR AND CO. 'ROGUE' GY-1 and some other T1 stuff

Room 6 War Installation Loot:
With heavies, it take alot of time and ammo (~1K). Loot is not that great. Small Armor Repairer, Small Nosferatu, Dual 150mm Railgun, Comapact 'Limos' Assault Missile Bay, Heavy Assault Missile bay & a Rocket Launcher. Might not worth the time killing the structure.

i was gutted ti find the silo did not drop any loot for me in the final pocket. spent ages killing the structure and the loot was unimpressive. wouldnt advise taking that out either

In the Bonus Room, there is a 10k omber roid about 62km from warp in. I used an osprey with microwarp drive to get to it quickly while my alt cleaned up the wrecks.

Ok, im going to add a few things not mentioned here:
(This is what happened with me)
Pocket 1: (all groups within 50k of warp)
Only 4 Cruisers insta-aggro, the rest are in groops that can be aggro'd seperatly
Frigs will Web/Scram(Scram unconfermed but they do web) randomly

Pocket 2: (All Ships/ towers within 40k of warp)
All Towers aggro on warp, however the cruiser does not immediatly (Caution with Drones)
Towers drop ammo and charges for lasers

Pocket 3: (Groops From 10-50k from warp)
Missle batterys auto-aggro on warpin, firing on them causes the transports and thier escorts to aggro you (Drones are aggroed randomly from un aggroed ships within 20k of them)

Transports drop Drugs

Pocket 4:

2 Bc's are in seperate groops and will aggro seperatly, the main swarm mass aggros on engagement.
No warpin aggro

Did this mission in a Dominix.

Not diffiqult with armor tank and the rigth tank :)

extremely easy with at least lvl 3 missile skills and lvl 4 shield skills with passive drake. i will bring 3 balls control next time. ships pop fast but tank requirements are weak throughout. warp in, fire missiles, jump out. no real need to move accept to pocket the implant in pocket 5.

Drake - 2 bcuII , 2 lseII, 2 kin amp, 2 therm amp, 2 beta spr. much too much tank for this run. if everything aggroed right off the bat it would have been necessary, but as is, carry your balls control/magstabs to the max.

pocket 5 had a great chance of implant drop. I picked up a zainou 'gnome' kva1000.

fired around 350k damage on the structure (948 missiles in my Tengu) to kill it (War Installation in last room) - loot was really crappy.

Rest of the mission is nice though :)

Done this mission in my 5x350mm / 2xLAR / 3xHardener setup many times. Vastly overkill. With half-decent rep skills, it could be full stage tanked with 1xLAR, probably with only 3xHardeners.

Did this last night. Out of curiosity I set the drones (5x Hobgoblin II) to chew on the War Installation while I brought up the salvage alt. After looting the last room I set the alt's drones (4x Hobgoblin I) and ate a snack while watching. Guestimate 50 mins to get about 1/4th into structure before adding a few Scourges to "help" them.

I missed the "optimal" screenshot and the loot was still mediocre.

Just did this in a mostly-tech1-fitted Caracal, to prove a point. Main difficulty was only having 2 drones to kill frigates, and since the frigates in this mission are no threat, that's not a real problem.
